Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize existing codebases for performance and security.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure application compatibility across various browsers and devices while adhering to accessibility standards.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
