Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues for end-users.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on company devices and operating systems.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Support the implementation of new IT policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the senior team to upgrade systems and improve service delivery.
- Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, and in-person.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if applicable).
