Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and system updates.
- Respond to helpdesk requests via email and phone in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to start work immediately upon offer acceptance.
