Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS) and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and VPN access issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our helpdesk ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software deployments and security patches.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees on company software tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tickets effectively.
