- Neural Network Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of advanced deep learning models, specifically focusing on transformer architectures and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and ethical AI development.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to develop hybrid algorithms that bridge classical and quantum processing.
- System Scalability: Ensure our AI infrastructure can handle exabyte-scale data processing with zero-latency inference.
- Security & Ethics: Establish robust security protocols and ethical guidelines to prevent bias and ensure AI transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a senior architecture role leading AI initiatives.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving innovation in fast-paced environments.
