Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our AI systems through 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for large-scale machine learning models.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in researching and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms.
- Collaborate closely with product leaders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade LLMs and generative AI models.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
