- Architect and execute the 2026 Initiative's 5-year strategic roadmap, aligning with market trends and technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and operations to deliver breakthrough solutions
- Drive innovation through emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable materials)
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for initiative expansion
- Present vision to C-suite and board members, securing buy-in for high-stakes decisions
- Mentor senior directors and establish KPIs for initiative milestones
- Oversee budget allocation and resource optimization for 200+ member teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record delivering multi-year initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and sustainable innovation
- Experience scaling teams to 200+ members across global operations
- Strategic partnerships background with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech strategy
