Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Machine Learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment (MLOps).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Mentor and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI products.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
