Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and MLOps pipelines for large-scale deployment.
- Lead the architectural vision for Generative AI models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research emerging trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to keep our stack at the forefront of innovation.
- Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
