Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term AI architecture strategy to align with business goals and the 2026 roadmap.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Integration: Lead the integration of AI solutions into legacy systems and cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP).
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong background in statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
