Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for the development of Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all AI infrastructure deployments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Edge AI) and integrating them into our ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI projects, from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in designing distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-impact technical projects from inception to delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of driving team performance.
