Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-frequency, real-time data processing.
- Define the ethical guidelines and compliance standards for machine learning models deployed in critical infrastructure.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to implement cutting-edge algorithms including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure robustness against adversarial attacks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
