Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level system architecture for autonomous AI agents.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers in model optimization and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, security, and operations.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for machine learning infrastructure.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software co-design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
