Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for 2026 standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Project, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks early, implementing robust solutions to mitigate risk.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to integrate into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling massive scale and concurrency.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
