Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads with zero latency.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms aimed at optimizing predictive modeling for 2026 market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance, and ethical AI standards across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define the technical migration strategy to prepare current infrastructures for the quantum-ready standards of 2026.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior AI Engineer role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience deploying and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing technical debt and leading large-scale system migrations.
