- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI/ML deployment and data governance
- Drive partnerships with academic labs and startups for technology incubation
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in futurism
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or digital transformation
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global enterprise environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization projects
