Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling billions of inference requests.
- Lead the architecture of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous decision-making systems for enterprise clients.
- Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal models.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model governance, security, and compliance.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, edge AI) and integrate viable solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience designing distributed systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and vector databases.
