- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI, IoT, and biotech innovations with market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including quantum-encrypted communications and adaptive AI systems
- Identify and capitalize on emerging tech trends through competitive analysis and partnership development
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for transformative initiatives
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for high-impact projects
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital partners
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product lines, achieving net-positive impact goals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products or platforms
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech integration
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable roadmaps
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
