Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic Workflows, and Predictive Analytics.
- Infrastructure Design: Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure on leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development, training, and deployment of state-of-the-art LLMs and neural networks.
- System Architecture: Build robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of concurrent AI requests.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance to ensure seamless model lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
- AI Specialization: Proven experience building AI agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and fine-tuning models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
