Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends

- Champion innovation through cross-functional R&D initiatives and external partnerships
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive scenario planning for technological disruptions and competitive landscape shifts
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and long-term architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience in long-term technology forecasting and strategic planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Track record of implementing successful technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends (preferred)
