Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, quantum-resistant AI models for enterprise applications.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to define the technical roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering strategies.
- Optimize system performance for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
- Ensure data security and compliance with emerging global standards for 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system design projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
