Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art Generative AI models with a focus on scalability and accuracy.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers in pushing the boundaries of current technology.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, specifically targeting advancements relevant to the 2026 era.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate research breakthroughs into commercial applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or open-source contributions.
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Diffusion models.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for MLOps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
