Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 product suite and ecosystem.
- Lead a high-performance team of senior engineers in designing scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge) and evaluate their viability for immediate integration.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Ensure architectural integrity, security, and scalability across all platforms and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior staff, conduct technical code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, and technical leadership.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+ engineers.
- Strong background in machine learning pipelines, data engineering, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
