Responsibilities
- Define the high-level system architecture and technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems, making critical architectural decisions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across the organization.
- Conduct technical reviews and code audits to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide guidance on career development and technical growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterβs degree preferred).
