What You'll Do:

- Lead a team of senior engineers in the research and development of generative AI integration.
- Collaborate with product leadership to ensure technical feasibility of 2026 product vision.
- Establish best practices for cloud-native development and security protocols.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Big Data technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
