Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-performance distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to integrate advanced AI models into core platforms.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain system integrity and security.
- Optimize system performance and scalability to handle billions of concurrent transactions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Rust.
- Proven track record of designing systems for 2026-scale deployment and quantum readiness.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed ledger technologies and edge computing is highly preferred.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
