Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure to support our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI into core business workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at a massive scale.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
