Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for the company's core products, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision and long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, distributed systems that can handle massive scale and complexity.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum computing trends, Edge computing) and integrate them into our architecture where applicable.
- Code Quality & Security: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct architectural reviews, and ensure the highest levels of security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Go, Java, or Python, with a strong understanding of system design principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their impact on business.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving difficult architectural challenges and driving technical debt reduction.
