Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in the design and deployment of next-generation AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate 2026 technologies into core products.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance in all AI development processes.
- Prioritize security and scalability in architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large language models.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
