Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI integration, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder presentations on emerging opportunities and risks
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team while fostering a culture of experimentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business models
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, patents, or industry talks)
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
