Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Design ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Institutes on research initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech solutions
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling innovation labs
- Fluency in 3+ languages with global stakeholder experience
