Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the Nexus 2026 Quantum Neural Network.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- Optimize quantum algorithms for speed and accuracy on emerging quantum hardware.
- Collaborate with product management to define the roadmap for 2026 technology releases.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum-ai hybrid models.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum or advanced AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, specifically deep learning and neural networks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
