- Drive architectural decisions that prioritize security, scalability, and performance for future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and designers, to translate high-level concepts into technical blueprints.
- Identify emerging technologies and methodologies (e.g., AI-driven DevOps, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in high-availability systems, microservices architecture, and database management.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
