Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and update warehouse management systems accurately.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
