Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Perform vital signs and basic diagnostic tests
- Manage patient records and electronic health documentation
- Administer injections and medications under physician supervision
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Medical Assistant certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
