Responsibilities

- Roadmap Strategy: Define technical strategies and milestones to achieve our long-term AI vision.
- Algorithm Optimization: Improve model accuracy and efficiency using advanced neural networks and edge computing.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
