Responsibilities

- Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high-risk, high-reward technical initiatives.
- Establish architectural standards for scalable, secure, and sustainable systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture or technical strategy roles.
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Computing.
- Expertise in Python, Rust, or other high-performance languages.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and future tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
