Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items and preparing them for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and packaging integrity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
