Responsibilities
- Package and Ship: Properly pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using various packaging materials and machinery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for walk-in applicants.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
