Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the night shift team to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to prevent shortages and overstock.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance protocols.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to existing staff.
- Resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime during the shift.
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports to upper management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification and physical ability to lift heavy objects.
