Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages to ensure timely distribution.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
