Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently during the night shift.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on speed and error reduction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of inventory and operational status.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend shipping labels and orders.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
