Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently according to FIFO standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Monitor quality control procedures to prevent errors during the shipping process.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Handle packages with care to ensure damage-free delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
