Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure smooth operations during the transition.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday consistently.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
