Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, update tracking information, and accurately input data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and accurate shipment details.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Document customer feedback and escalate critical issues to the management team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
