Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening and overnight shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM database.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of support.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
