Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate support tiers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with data entry, ticket creation, and order processing to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service and hand over critical updates.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
