Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-potential candidates for open positions.
Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through networking and social media engagement.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicants and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Provide exceptional candidate experience and support throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
Strong understanding of the local Oklahoma City job market and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
