Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve incoming technical support tickets via phone and email during night hours.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for software, network, and hardware connectivity issues.
- Ensure 99.9% system uptime and stability for all client accounts.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to prioritize and hand over critical tickets.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor with all customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in IT helpdesk or customer support.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools.
