Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
